Cleaning EDGE

After use, rinse EDGE with warm water and wipe it clean.

For deeper cleaning, use mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth.

EDGE is dishwasher safe, but most customers simply rinse and wipe it after daily use.

Raw Meat Prep

EDGE is ideal for raw meat because the stainless steel surface is non-porous and does not absorb juices or odors.

After preparing raw meat, clean the surface thoroughly before using it for other foods.

Knife Care

EDGE uses a raised micro-texture designed to reduce full blade contact.

Because stainless steel is harder than wood or plastic, we recommend regular honing to keep your knives performing at their best.

Use normal cutting pressure and avoid forceful chopping with delicate or specialty blades.

Scratches and Marks

EDGE is a working kitchen surface. Light marks may appear over time, especially with daily use.

The micro-textured surface helps marks blend into the pattern instead of standing out like they would on flat steel.

What to Avoid

Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive metal scrubbers.

Do not use EDGE as a hammering surface.

Avoid excessive force with very thin or delicate knives.
