Refunds

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items may be eligible for a replacement or refund, even if purchased during a sale or promotion.
